If you are like most people, you find yourself in a mad dash from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed. People today are busy all the time and this adds to stress, but tension can be kept under control and managed better with some organization of daily regimes as well as in life in general. Remember it is normal to say no and because most people cannot say no at the right time, they run from pillar to post trying to keep a promise or trying to do something for somebody. They might feel that by saying no, they will let down others, but the only person they end up letting down is them self because there is no time left to do what they desire to do.

The first list should have all the things that are most important to you and your priorities, and the second should contain your list of actions for the whole day. Right away check and equate the 2 lists and if there are disagreements, you need to make the required adjustments, and think to take out some time exclusively for that you are.

Money management: individuals are often seen doing 2 jobs or working endlessly to make money to run the family. Review your monetary situation – find out things which can be cut down, so as to make the debt situation look more prosperous. If you supervise your money more carefully, your stress level would drop and you would not have to work so hard.

Organize your office and household life better: How much time do you normally waste trying to look for a file, telephone number or something else? Take a look at it. Naturally the tension that you go through as you enter a chaotic home after a long hard day at the office.

Listen to music: Music has proven physical and mental health benefits. Music can take a lot of tension away from your system if you listen to some of your preferred tunes while commuting or during work, if it is allowed.

Performing breathing exercises: You could exercise these any time you like wherever you are. This is a proven treatment for alleviating mental and physical stress and stress.

Grow a positive attitude: For many people this is one of the toughest things they will ever do. It is true that people who view things positively have lower stress levels, are brighter and have negligible health problems.

These ideas may not help you become less busy, but they will assist you to manage it all. The only person who should be the most fundamental person in your life is you, so when you get busy do not allow the circumstances go out of hand.
