How to Get Six Packs Abs

Conventional idea is that getting six pack abs is not easy because it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. But it is possible without a much hectic effort.

The most important thing for getting 6 pack abs is the Nutrition .You can have an impressive set of abs but you cannot see them because of fat surrounding the muscle.
So to have a nutritious meal you need to exclude white bread, pasta, sugar, and any type of carbohydrates. Protein rich diet such as oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, and fish is what you need to include in your diet.

The second important thing is Exercise. There are three kinds of exercises viz. cardio, weightlifting and abs exercise.
Cardio includes cycling, jogging, running etc. that is essential to burn excess fat. Do it for about 2 times a week and for 30-35 minutes.
Weightlifting is also essential because 3 pounds of muscle gained will burn same amount of fat as 1 mile jog. So do it 2 times a week and for about 30 minutes.
Abs exercise will focus sharply on your abs and will help you to get them in shape.
